Anxiety, when left untreated, will result in a person to suffer from physical, emotional, and even psychological problems. Though the main source of anxiety may not be from an actual threat or danger, anxiety is still considered a serious condition that requires immediate attention.

Since anxiety is not something that can be cured, it is important for the person to be aware of how the symptoms of anxiety affect their day-to-day life.

Another common anxiety symptom is palpitations and shortness of breath. To find relief, the person may take prescribed medications or therapy to help him or her manage his or her anxiety levels.
